The Board
All active board members will collectively make any necessary decisions during the course of the season prior to the July meeting for such issues as a hunt cancelation due to bad weather, unsportsmanlike conduct from a member, schedule changes, etc.
The call to cancel a hunt due to bad weather ultimately is the decision of the hunt club/pen owner, we are guest on their leased lands.
